5 Essential Oils You Actually Need In Your Life

5 Essential Oils You Actually Need In Your Life

I’ll come out and say it, there is SO much information on essential oils out there. And it’s really stinking overwhelming when you want to start using them. #InformationOverload. So I decided to come up with my top 5 essential oils list and what I use each one for to help those of you who may be wanting to get into essential oils for the first time. (Or hey, maybe you love them and are an expert yourself!)

Pro Tip: One thing to keep in mind when purchasing essential oils is that you want them to be 100% pure.

There are a lot of places that you can purchase essential oils from. I personally have a lot of oils from doterra, and recently I was sent some oils from artnaturals. Personally I love them both, but artnaturals is way friendlier on the wallet so that’s where I will be heading to repurchase. I also love that on the artnaturals website, you can shop by ailment. So if you’re looking for a solution for stress relief, the drop down menu brings you straight to the oils that will help with that. But anyways, here are my top 5 essential oils that you actually need in your life.
