Holiday Gift Guide: For the Men in Your Life

Holiday Gift Guide: For the Men in Your Life

The Christmas season is in full swing, and that can only mean one thing — Christmas shopping. Whether you’re stumped and need some guidance, or just wanting to get the juices going, I’ve compiled some of my favorite items into a holiday gift guide for the men in your life — from the Dapper Dans to the Luke Danes and everywhere in between.

So sit back, grab some popcorn, and let’s talk men!

For the Dapper Dans

Alexander watches holiday gift guide for men

Alexander Watches

Classic. Timeless. A watch that is sure to become an heirloom. Alexander watches are exquisite and perfect for the man in your life who looks to exude confidence and power. A watch by Alexander arrives in nothing short of tasteful elegance, from the packaging to the watch itself. To be honest, I would only recommend tying a red bow around the box as no Christmas paper will really match what the piece arrives in. Watchmaking is a fascinating trade… I would highly recommend spending time with a watchmaker if you ever have the chance. You can learn more about their process, the complications, as well as their signature guilloche here. Check out their watch selections¬†here.

(Feel free to use the coupon code FOXFACE30 for an extra 30% off the holiday sale until 12/31/2017. Note, this is just a coupon code, it is not an affiliate code)

Herschel Backpack¬†–

I bought Joseph a backpack super similar to this one last year by Herschel, and he LOVES it. The bag has plenty of room for a laptop, the quality is unparalleled, and it’s a “grown-up” backpack. The backpacks have drawstring closure at the top, adjustable shoulder straps, and a pocket in the front. Especially if you know he’s not quite the briefcase type, this keeps an appropriate level of professionalism without looking too stuffy. (Though if your man enjoys a quality briefcase, well done) Check it out here.

Men's Holiday Gift GuideSephora Cologne Sampler

I try to never buy fragrances for other people, but this idea is brilliant! Since every fragrance smells different on everyone due to their body chemistry, this gives guys the perfect opportunity to find their new scent. There are 12 samples, a voucher for a redeemable full-sized cologne, as well as a perfect men’s travel bag. There’s even a voucher for a full sized cologne! Check it out here.

Men's Holiday Gift Guide

The Art of Shaving Kit

I am fascinated by The Art of Shaving store in the mall. I’m not sure if any other woman feels the same way, but there’s something incredible about an old-fashioned shave. I bought Joseph this Merkur safety razor kit a few Christmases ago, and I was so proud of that gift. The Art of Shaving in particular is an experience I would highly recommend for any of the husbands/ dads/ brothers/ sons/ whatever in your life to experience, and their gift sets are a great place to start the process. Check it out here.

Holiday Gift guide for menFRYE Wallet

FRYE has some of the most gorgeous leather products that are perfect for a man who takes pride in looking his best. I love walking through FRYE’s store at Ponce City Market, and their wallets are a perfect choice for the men in your life. However, feel free to check out their bags, boots and belts as well. Check it out here.

the UncommonGreen Wedding Shops for MenThe Uncommon Green Bar Glasses

I love the Uncommon Green’s bar glasses. (I recently recommended them as a favorite for groomsmen gifts in my Wedding Shops to Check Out for Men post) If there’s a city that means a lot to you/him/both of you, this is a perfect sentimental gift that doesn’t look too cheesy. They also have copper mugs, slates, and more. Check it out here.

For the Man with the Gadgets

Playstation VR holiday gift guidePlaystation VR

Virtual reality games are the frontier, and what better gift for a gamer than giving them the gift of actually being “in” their favorite games. The headset even provides 3D sound, so that noise behind you? … It will actually sound like it’s behind you. This may not be a good idea for me since James Bond on the original N64 freaked me out, but imagine Star Wars on this thing! Check it out here.

holiday gift guide for menParrot Mambo Mini Drone

Not that drones in general aren’t fun, but this is actually what I would want in a drone experience. This drone gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself into the flight with an FPV camera to see things as if you’re on the drone itself! Any men out there who always wanted to be a pilot? Get them this. If multiple guys get them, you could even have a race! Check it out here.

men holiday gift guideYTech Triple Pad Charging Station

I don’t know about you, but in my life it seems that the guys who love gadgets always have the obvious ones I would think of… This is one of those gifts that I feel anyone would appreciate, but definitely the guy who enjoys his tech. This charging station actually works with Apple and some Samsung phones or tablets. (FYI – It doesn’t work for the Apple watch) It also features USB ports, so you can charge your three devices and plug in a couple others at the same time. Check it out.

HP Sproket Printer

I. WANT. THIS. (Like to the point I almost didn’t give my friend’s back one time) For any of the dads/brothers/significant others/etc. who love photos, this is amazing. It’s a completely portable printer that connects via bluetooth to print any photo on your phone or social media. The prints even come out with a sticker option on the back. Personally, I would 100% use this to put photos on the Christmas tree or to stick on presents… Sigh. I can dream. Check it out here.

Holiday gift guide for men

Just wondering, for anyone who has the Apple AirPods, what on earth do you use to carry them in now? How have you not lost them yet? …. I feel like I need to know these things. For the man who has everything, or you’re looking for the perfect stocking stuffer, these cases are such a great idea. The Apple AirPod fits snugly in the case, and the bottom is completely open so charging is still possible. Check it out here.

For the Babe in the Woods

Wedding Shops for MenMountain High Outfitters Camping Gear

I don’t care who you are, hammocks are always a good idea. The one in the photo is technically called a cacoon, but you get the point. Whether you plan to use this for camping, or to hang up in the backyard, it’s definitely a unique present for the Luke Danes in your life. Check it out here.

men's gift ideasUncommon Goods Collapsible Water Bottle

For anyone who loves light travel and hiking, this collapsible water bottle is a lifesaver! The design allows the bottle to lay completely flat, and the fact it’s dishwasher safe means you know you can pop it in and it will come out clean and ready for the next use. Check it out here.

holiday gifts for menLeatherman Wave Multi-Tool

For any of the campers in your life, this tool is a must to have in their gear. Swiss army knives are impressive, but this has literally every type of tool you may need. Including: knives, two types of pliers, a screwdriver, scissors that can cut through a seat belt, and more. (Not to mention a bottle opener, because we all know #priorities) Check it out here.

mens giftsUncommon Goods Portable Bike Pump

The perfect stocking stuffer for the guys who travel everywhere by bike. This thing is lightweight and so easy to throw in a backpack. (Granted, it won’t come in much handy if your car needs some air, but anything with 90 PSI will have perfect tire pressure!) Check it out here.

For the Guy with All of the Jerseys

mens holiday gift guideAKTIVX Sports Laces

Stocking stuffer alert! These laces are amazing for the guy who is either constantly having his laces get untied, or for the runner who doesn’t want the added pressure shoelaces can add to the top of the foot during a run. These laces come in a ton of colors (personally I like the black ones), and they keep the shoe formed to the foot. Check it out here.

men holiday gift ideasUncommon Goods Baseball Dartboard

Take me out to the ball game! For any baseball fans in your house, this is an amazing and unique take on the game of darts that is perfect for a bedroom, study or man cave. The game is modeled to have innings, bases, and even strike outs, which adds a lot more intrigue (no offense to you dart lovers out there). Check it out here.

holiday gifts for menFitness Insanity Resistance Band Set

This would be an amazing travel workout kit. The bands provide up to 150 lbs of resistance, and each product included is thoughtfully selected to provide a full-body workout experience. There’s even 4 workout DVDs (though T-25 by Shaun T is personally my favorite DVD workout) Check it out here.

gifts for menUncommon Goods Hoop Mug

It doesn’t shock me at all that a kid invented this… because it’s awesome. Buy two of them and you can have a competition with shooting free throws into the other person’s hoop! This mug is just another example of how you can make eating cereal or drinking hot chocolate more fun. Check it out here.
